Men’s Health Matters

We’re excited that our copies of The Blokes Book Hawke’s Bay have arrived in time for the New Year!
 
Men’s health is important.  The hope is that this resource will help more people to find the right people and the right support, at the right time. Enabling men to be proactive in their health and wellbeing.  By taking responsibility for your health and wellbeing, you could prevent untimely, premature death. This resource is not just for men though.
 
The new edition is packed full of local info for men and their families and can be viewed online over at the home of the Blokes Book (BBHB).
 
 
According to BBHB over 10,000 of the first edition are in circulation so we know it’s well needed for men and families in our community. The first print run in 2019 of 10,000 copies were gone in months.

A big shout out to Shayne Jeffares and the crew at DadsHQ. They have done an amazing job of putting this together – thank you for supporting our Hawke’s Bay community! And to all the other businesses who have got in behind this initiative, making it possible. 

It is available for free in the community in print form and from Bay Espresso, Karamu Road North.
